Hello, my name is Jess Brain (yes, really!) and I’m a certified Brain Fitness Trainer, Laughter Leader, and Neurobics Instructor. I host brain-based classes teaching people how to enhance their cognitive potential through fun and playful exercises designed to enhance mood, memory, focus, and physical health.
