Laughter Yoga is a mix of laughing & breathing exercises. Not "yoga" in the traditional sense, so don't expect any downward dogs, just some playful laughter exercises & breathing techniques followed by a neurobic meditation to wake up your brain cells.

Laughter is an excellent way to promote Neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to heal, grow and adapt, as it combines deep breathing, novelty and a child-like playfulness, which is key to better brain health.

In this class, your instructor Jess Brain (yes, really!) will guide you through a quick tour of the science behind neurogenesis (your brain's ability to grow new brain cells) and then walk you through neurobic exercises designed to activate your brain cells.

Through simple, easy-to-follow exercises you'll learn how to harness all your senses (hint there are more than 5) expand your creative mind, and ultimately increase your rate of neurogenesis.
